You should really get in touch with Flynn, Wizard World is usually more than willing to give help in terms of passes and maybe even a table for you guys, in exchange for handing out brochures in the morning, that sort of thing. If us east coast chapters can send out people to this con, you should be able to get in on it! BTW it looks like some NY and PA members are making the trek!

It seems it'll be difficult to attend conventions this year so far as I'm concerned. I have never attended Wizard World before and I was hoping to see what it'll be like then.

Guys, DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKETS YET! Since we are performing together, and hosting the Saber Wars Competition (in which all but Judges are open to compete - awaiting judges confirmation) WE GET IN FOR FREE. Now how many exactly, I dunno. Figure on this, I will be flying out to LA the Wednesday before and hopefully can work with as many of you as we can Wednesday and Thursday night to organize what we're presenting. What they are expecting from you: to be front and center... for the VERY FIRST NATIONAL SABERWARS CHOREO-TOURNAMENTS to be sponsored by WIZARD ENTERTAINMENT. Yes. Oh, yes. (see previous post!) What we have as far as table and corral accommodations and stage: An area with pipe-and-drape surrounding about 30x20' floor space to show off all day long with, and two tables offered (I think with table clothes, but we should have backup [color?]) and perhaps signage (banners - paper or otherwise) would be a good idea. I can bring NY Jedi stuff to represent, but you should highlight the locales. Now, I believe we have at least 30 minutes per day on the main stage to present a Saber Academy, this is how we show the masses what we do in the club. If you are all willing to have three or four 2 minute saber presentations prepared, we can set them up for the in between segments of the Academy segments. I can explain this further.... but that's another thread... coming soon! Flyers, cards and the like, OH YEAhhhhhhhh,,, The Wednesday night prior we'll get together with you all and go over what we're doing as a collective for show stuffs, and how we should represent you as a fellow founding sibling/club in the grand-National scheme of this SabersWars thing (to which you all have the ability to exhibit yer nutse to the world!). Btw: is there a joint we can dance/DJ slam at at some point? One of our bad examples as the NY version is we go out drinking after our conquests. Any place we can takeover and fire-spin/DJ and rip apart?
