I posted this in another thread because someone requested it, but it seems appropriate to post here, too. This write-up was based on Darth Jinduri's above video. General Sun's videos are equally great, his footwork is just a little different.
Jedi Form #1-Shii-Cho (Note: All strikes are to your opponent’s left and right sides, NOT the attackers)
Section 1 1. Activate, bring Lightsaber straight up in front of face. 2. Step Fwd Lt Leg, Thrust to sternum 3. Step Fwd Rt Leg, Left Shoulder Strike 4. Step Fwd Lt Leg, Right Shoulder Strike 5. Step Fwd Rt Leg, Left Hip Strike 6. Step Fwd Lt Leg , Right Hip Strike 7. Step Fwd Rt. Leg, Left Leg Strike 8. Step Fwd Lt Leg, Right Leg Strike 9. Step Fwd Rt. Leg Left Leg Strike 10. Step Fwd Lt Leg, Cut downward to head strike 11. Step Fwd. Rt. Leg Thrust to Face. 12. Bring Lightsaber straight up in front of face. Section 2 1. Turn back the way you came. 2. Step Fwd Rt. Leg, Thrust to sternum 3. ½ step fwd. slow Right Hip Strike 4. Step fwd slow Left Hip Strike 5. In Place, Left Leg Strike to Ready Position 6. In Place Right Leg Strike, Step Fwd. Rt. Leg Left Shoulder Strike 7. Step Fwd. Lt. Leg Right Shoulder Strike. 8. Bring Feet Together, Thrust to Sternum. 9. Bring Lightsaber straight up in front of face.
Section 3 1. Turn back the way you came. 2. Step Fwd Rt. Leg, Left Leg Strike 3. Step Fwd Lt. Leg, Right Shoulder Strike 4. Step Fwd Rt. Leg, swing saber around head, Right Shoulder Strike 5. ½ step fwd, cut straight down head into Left Hip (Both HARD strikes) 6. Stomp front foot as you bring Saber around head for a Left Shoulder Strike (HARD Strike) 7. Step Fwd Lt. Leg, Right Leg Strike (Fast, HARD and Whip-like) NOTE: As a variation, this strike can also be done with one hand) 8. Step Fwd Rt. Leg, feet together as you sweep Saber upward and end with Saber pointing straight up. Deactivate.
I'm working on translating Soresu, and Ataru (although it's tough to articulate some of the moves, especially with the talented Omar Holmes' version of Ataru. I'm thinking about modifying it just a little with some martial arts kicks instead of the acrobatic stuff.

So here is me doing Soresu... www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRp2deklvisI decided not to add the jump crescent kick during the downward stabs, just because I think it flows better without them. Any comments on what I can work on to make it better? Yes, I know the ending is different from what you all do, but I was unsure of what was normally done. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

Just found another video of the forms. The video doesn't explain much, jsut who the users of each style are.
