Here's the skinny on Shia LaBeouf:
Me, Jess, Cosmoe and Eliot went to play pool at Fantasia's in Burbank after Saturday's class.
I insisted on parking on the roof and playing with sabers before we went in, even though we passed tons of spots.
Good thing, cuz as soon as we pulled the sabers out of the car, Shia LaBeouf walked by with his girl.
Jess (Midnight) recognized him- she works at Warner Brothers so she knows movie types. She called him by name and greeted him.
He asked what we were doing.
I told him we were playing with lightsabers and we were a lightsaber troupe.
"A lightsaber TROUPE?!?!" he repeated.
I told him we throw classes. "Want a quick lesson?" I asked.
"Sure!" he replied.
He was there for a bit, I taught him and his girl the forward spin, figure 8's, helicopter 360's and the 8 count.
He said they were hungry and were going to eat.
Midnight was on the ball and asked if we could take a group shot.
He agreed- you have seen it on my myspace.
I told him lajedi.com a few times, but I doubt we will see him again!
It was a fun little brush with Indiana Jones' movie son!

Sorry, but I wouldn't say it's 50/50 that he is coming back.
I would say it is 100% NO!
He is a big star, and when Indiana Jones drops, he is going to be even bigger!
If he comes to a class, my jaw will hit the floor.
I think we should write it off as a fun little brush with celebrity, and we were in the right place at the right time.

Jen did drop our name a few times, im sure he is going to be interested in seeing himself on the pictures...if someone wouldn't mind of course placing it on the front of the page *hint hint* also midnight said that celebrities have a tendency of looking for their pictures online. If that leads him to jen's myspace...well where do you suppose that would lead him to next? |

You'd be surprised at all the celebrity fans of Star Wars. Jane Wedlin from the GoGo's even went to Star Wars celebration! It turns out Kanye West is a huge fan and collector. Due to proffesional discretion, I can't say how I know that, but trust me on this.
