Thanks for the link to ultrsabers. I plan on converting my Lightsabers as soon as possible. I plan on sending my Lightsabers to ultrsabers so that they can convert them for me. I know about the do it yourself conversion kits. But I don't trust myself enough to convert my Lightsabers on my own. So I plan on letting ultrsabers do it.

Before you send them in (and wait the 1 month) check out the DIY instructions that the guys at Ultra made up. They are super detailed. At least have a look at them, then decide. Cough, cough DIY----- Super easy. Then and only then can you call yourself a true JEDI! www.ultrasabers.com/DIY/diy20.rarYou'll need a rar. utility program to open it up (just incase you don't have one): www.rarlab.com/download.htmPS--- hows the constipation comming along? ;D ;D

these guys ROCK!!!! they are great with the customer service, and patient as my questions are many. check with ebay as sometimes when their in-store stuff is out of stock, some might still be in their ebay store's stock. i think you can't go too wrong with ultrasabers dot coooommmmm
MASTER DS: if you have ultrasabers convert your sabers, you have to REQUEST the tcss aluminium blade holders otherwise they convert the saber with the origional blade holder that is plastic... this depends on the blade that you are converting, i think that the maul does use the Aluminium blade holder... always better to check.
i did the DIY kit. the Obi-Wan is crazy bright in the Royal blue (guardian blue) and works great!!!! the Darthe Maul i also did the DIY kit for works great now, and the Blazing red is in fact BLAZING!!! i had a few issues with one of the wires getting pinched and shorting out on the hilt, but that was the only issue, once it was tapeded up the bare wires and put back together it works like a champ... i will post pics in the pics section as soon as i get the two new sabers i am waiting for... if you want to, on my myspage in the comments there is a video of cosmoe and i that jen took. in the video the blade closest to the camera flickers (shorts out) like 4 or 5 times. honestly it wasn't a big deal, easy fix

By what I saw on the ultrasabers website. It doesn't look like I have much to worry about when it comes to sending my Lightsabers in and having them convert them for me. The tcss aluminium blade holders is the Lightsbaer blade right?

the blade holder is the thing the plastic blade is held by... so when you swing the saber the blade doesn't fly across the room and knock over the plant. basiclly it is a three inch tube that holds the led and has a screw in it that holds the blade in. if it is the tcss one it is aluminium, and if it is the one from the force fx lightsaber we all purchased from the store, the blade holder is plastic. the only reason i mention this is that i have seen both plastic blade holders and aluminium ones. the plastic is thin, and the aluminium is crazy stronger then plastic... NOW FOR THE DARTH MAUL: if you have ultrasabers do your maul, the replacement blades that ULTRASABERS sells for the darth maul saber DO NOT FIT... the replacement blades that they sell for the darth maul ONLY fit the DO IT YOURSELF KIT. this is posted on their website in the replacement blade department, i believe it is mentioned in the darth maul mail in conversion section of their site. otherwise you will have to custom order replacement blades if they break. none of this is trying to deture (sp) you from our sponsor ULTRASABERS! these guys ROCK like no other! just a few suggestions for you to ponder. if you convert your saber i want you to have the best possible expirence, and the best possible saber for your dough!!! that goes for all of us...

Alright thanks for the information I'll keep all of this in mind when it comes to converting my Lightsabers. I just have to ask you one more question. Is it better to have Ultrasabers convent my Lightsabers for me, or is it better for me to do it myself?

Did you look at the link I gave you? Looking at it will give you an idea of what you'd be getting into by converting it yourself.
If you want Alum blade holder (ie if you want to be able dual with it/them) then you'll have to either wait for TCSS blade holders, which is where Ultra buys them from, or get it/them machined yourself.
I believe that if you send your sabers in right now-- Ultra will just use the stock plastic blade holder.
