For those who did not receive jenzo's text message there seems to have another change of plans. We must go to the hospital so that means, no basic intro that we had in mind, also only a few of us can be in the room at the same time, lastly and jen brought this up, um he has his own room so we will only be entertaining him however, if parents come up to us to see their children I want you guys to be willing and able to do so okay? and any video's that we take I want you guys to make it accessible to them, via either email, or burn them a copy or whatever, it is the least we can do...This is only assuming we get asked but I want us to be prepared for anything.
Whatever the outcome I thank all of you who are participating, for those of you who are not going, I know you are joining us in spirit....

Yeah, and also we should PROOOBABLY let the hospital know who we are and what we're doing. What with the lightsabers and whips and all. Just trying to cover our butts. Liability issues being what they are nowadays.

When his mom called me up today she said the hospital has no problem with us being there in costume.
All we have to do is call her when we arrive so she knows we are there, and what the plan of attack is (being as I am the point of contact, I will take care of that phone call). We can still do our intro where Gilean walks in alone saying he's looking for the chosen one... After he gives his speech a few of us will come in at a time and say hello to him (maybe drop off the gifts at that time), and take turns of maybe 3-5 at a time depending on how big his room is. Then we come back and talk with him for a bit, or with his family outside since not all of us can fit in the room at the time. Then depending if the hospital is cool about it, and the room is big enough, maybe we can do a little sbaer show for him. ...Nothing too fancy considering we will be in a hospital room.
