Hey Everyone,

Hope that your holidays were good. I've been looking around and found this site thanks to Michael Scott. Couple friends and I are planning on making a couple short duels. We have some experience with film making and After Effects but i was wondering if anyone had some pointers or advice for me. Like i dont want it to be lame or anything, lol.

probably the first thing i would do is have a decent script... at least a direction on where to go. next i would check out the tutorials on lightsaber combat, such as the ones on the l.a. jedi and n.y. jedi pages (not to mention the other ___jedi websites) next i would google stunt fighting, or sword fighting for film, because theatrical fighting and real fighting are two crazy different things. that should get you started...
remember, you want it to look believable, yet keep the risk of injury to a minimum.
