I need suggestions on where to purchase stunt sabers. I've checked Ultrasabers.com but they seem to be out all the time.
Are there any other sources?

Okay if you want a completely Plain Jane Stunt Saber you can do what I did just buy the parts from Custom Saber Shop and screw it together and you are there, E-Mail or PM me if you have any more questions.  www.thecustomsabershop.com/default.aspx |

i agree, TCSS has tons of stuff for stunts. their MHS looks like something i might want to do in the near future.
