To get back on Topic Home Depot is the prop builders place of choice for supplies for not only L.Saber Hilts but many other goodies, I personally know that Obi-Shawn shops there.

Not enough to spend $100 though. try the GIMP, it is a free photo manipulation program that is crazy powerfull... it was described to me as "free full power version of photoshop" but it is not by adobe, it's open souurce and free free free here is the link www.gimp.org/
