You know that as far as lajedi is concerned I have the biggest mouth with an equally sized ego and the skill to boot. I follow orders however, and what cable did made the situation far worse. One can argue that publicity be it negative or positive is still publicity. Also as I mentioned before there are more starwars lovers than haters out there, realistically he did us more of a favor. I do not however, agree with the fact that he broke chain of command and for that I feel he should be reprimanded.
To me this falls on insurbordination and with him being a new member I honestly say consider giving him the boot. Everyone had mixed emotions on the podcast but we were all in unison no one speaks to the media. And i'll be the first one to admit that the hell with it, f**k em ...Kevin and bean have nothing on me...but then again this isn't my brain child...just an idea...just an opinion.

Well, I finally heard part II of the Podcast. I listened to the whole darn mundane thing to hear the stuff at the very end about L A Jedi. Lightning actually sounded like he really didn't want to be hostile...at first. I actually thought Kevin, Bean and Lisa were the ones who sounded stupid.
And, who has no sense of humor? The people who make a joke like "oh I forgot my helmet." and "oh, yeah, make fun of Star Trek fans" or the people who didn't get the jokes, like the whole K & B staff?
Darth Cable is definitely someone from the Kevin & Bean Staff. They do it all the time. Poor, but sometimes amusing "imitations" of everyone from President Bush to Brittany and Kevin F. Ralph does this fake African American woman's voice "Laqueesha" to review especially silly reality shows.
That's their sense of humor, poor taste, mean to everyone, and sometimes a little funny, less and less. They are getting old and stale.

^^ No he is not from the Kevin and Bean staff Varekei . We first met Darth Cable at Comi Con. So far he has been to one official class and one Thursday class. I am mad,but I don`t think he reads these forums and might not have known not to call in. talk to him I must. This is Cable

It was indeed our newest member, we spoke to him. And we recognized his voice immediately. To be fair, he didn't know. The Abbot has reprimanded him and we will be posting here and sending out a Padawan letter telling all members to not speak on LA Jedi's behalf. He is young and self assured and aren't all Padawans brash? It was a very Anikan thing to do.
It can't get any worse unless we make it worse.
Let us let all of this roll off our backs.

This whole deal with Darth Cable ends here. As Master Valares mentioned, "He did not know". As far as what happened with Kroq, it's in the past. Let us ignore anything they say and Just accept any Publicity they give us (good or bad) since either way acknowledging us over the airwaves spreads our group accross to a wider audence.

The Adventures of KROQ and LA Jedi:
Some of you are aware of the back and forths LA Jedi has been having with KROQ.
Although it is commendable that some of you want to defend LA Jedi and it’s members, we ask everyone to refrain from responding to their negativity and do not contact the station in any way: by phone, fax, email, etc.
Recently, one of our newest members, who has only been to two classes, called the station to respond to their attacks, without our knowledge or approval.
This member proceeded to unload on Kevin and Bean, using profanity and casting LA Jedi in a bad light.
Only the instructors are authorized to deal with the press and speak on LA Jedi’s behalf.
Our reasons for this were solidified when this member used profanity on a radio broadcast, unknowingly representing our organization, not just speaking for himself.
We were trying to avoid becoming KROQ’s punching bag, but this last exchange may have them after us on a regular basis.
Please keep in mind there are worse things in life than being called a geek by a wacky morning DJ, and PLEASE do not respond to any of KROQ’s negativity, past or future.
Again, it is wonderful that some of you want to defend us, but it is really not necessary, and we do not have time to chase down everyone who calls us geeks.
That would keep us REALLY busy, wouldn’t it?
Thank you for understanding, and MTFBWY.

I wanted to retort. With a minimal effort I sting and cut with the best of them, kevin and bean ain't got nothing on me but I didn't I didn't acknowledge them in anyway. And the podcasts sucks you have to sit through that whole freakin boring show, I don't know. As I said you guys are the bosses, as mouthy as I am, I still follow orders.
