looks good. is that what we learned on Saturday? This might be scheduled for the next class if we get into more dueling techniques (but don't quote me on it just yet). What we learned last week was the dueling 6 points.

and that ones called the box because its basicaly a box around your head and midsection, right?

It's called Kali Eskrima. It's a Philipino martial art using rattan sticks. We just used it to warm up and get into a flow with your partner and practice footwork. It's one of the few things I remembered from taking Kali many, MANY moons ago!

It's a Philipino martial art using rattan sticks. i saw on discovery ch. that if you get bitten by rattan sticks you have to suck the poison out. sorry i'm just in that kind of mood. Kali is some pretty crazy stuff!
