I like them all there is not one of them I would sell-- The Obi is the comfortable and I like the heft to it. The Maul feels the best in my hands but I can't wait to get rid of the blade color. The Luke ROTJ is the one I spin most though. So to answer your question I HAVE NO CLUE! I'm having Do Clo build me my last saber------- Soundless, green

It's the Kit Fistco saber-- I choose it because he is closely tied to water, as am I. I've been a Dive Instructor since '92, and spent my entire Navy career deep underwater. It just calls to me. It's my last saber-- it might as well be what I want.

I converted my Mauls today: Easy as Pie! It was just a little messy---- Super easy though. I went to a comp this morning and when I got home I went to grab my saber to get ready for class with you guys-- I looked at the clock and I had about 2 hours, so I thought I'd have a enough time to convert at least one. But I got going and when I looked up it was 4pm and I had converted both of them. That's what happens when your a bit OC like I am. Sorry-- but not really I had fun.

I converted a empty Maul hilt last night-- I was working on a TCSS MHS that I got yesterday, had it all wired up, soldered, and ready to go. I go to check to make sure everything is good to go-- I hook up the LED... Nothing. I check it against a RED I ordered and t powers on. So I was only able to get the Maul done. Here are some pictures: Next to a stock MR Maul Tim's BLade holder LUX III RED/Orange The LUX Destroys the FX: The Red sure is brighter than the AMBER-- I dont think I'll keep the AMBER LED's. MHS ready to go... sort of: Here's a side by side of Amber and Red.

Here is mt second TCSS finished-- White K2 with 1000 mA Puck running on 4 AA. The insides on this baby are so clean-- every bit of the wires are shrink-wrapped. I spent about 2 hours putting it all together. Lights on/ flash Lights half on/ no flash No Lights/ No Flash I really love building these TCSS sabers. I placed another order tonight-- I'm going to build my son (15 months) a little tiny saber with a LUX III--lol BTW-- -Tim is taking care of that dead LED as a favor. Nice guy! So I should have the first one up and running by next week.

It's white K2, driven with a 1000mA puck, and a yellow disk ($1 for the set) from TCSS. The Amber LED's don't seem as bright-- though I'm comparing a stock MR FX driven LUX III to a 1000mA driven K2... which is probably a worthless comparison.

that rocks!!! you have to remember that the amber lux III puts out 110 lumes @1400 ma and the white K2 buts out 140 lumes @ 1500 ma, so by sheer numbers the k2 with a filter is going to be brighter... this is not taking into account how you are driving it and how much that makes a difference. pretty darn good saber JP... i hope i get the emitters back from the machine shop soon, i want my yellow saber bad... i was actually going to rip out my red leds from my maul just to check out what it looks like yellow! anyways, your new saber looks pretty darn tight!
